Out with the Old, In with the New

The redevelopment of  the Palm Harbor Shopping Center is coming along nicely!  "Island Walk" is scheduled for completion in 2016 and should revitalize the area with new shopping options and amenities.  The new Publix is now completed and open, and the old Publix is now closed.

Some of the new stores and restaurants coming into Island Walk will include Hobby Lobby, Chase Bank, Moe's Southwest Grill, The Brass Tap Craft Beer Bar and one of my personal favorites from Jacksonville; the Metro Diner which was featured on the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives."
